I created this blog as a motivator for me to get fit, lose weight and stay healthy and happy. I know I'm never going to be stick thin, but I don't ever want to be. I think curves are beautiful. I created this blog to inspire myself, and if it inspires others then I'll be so proud.
I don't believe in diets or starving yourself. I'm going to get fit and lose weight the healthy way. I know it's not going to be easy, at times it's going to feel impossible - but I'm not going to give up like I always do - because this time I really understand that through all the blood, sweet and tears... it's going to be so fucking worth it.
